acquired by Empire Industries Ltd.
Empire Industries Ltd. is one of the fastest growing steel fabrication
and installation companies in Western Canada.

Became a wholly owned subsidiary of British-based AMEC plc, one of
the world's largest design firms and an international provider
of services and engineering solutions to the world's infrastructure,
manufacturing and process industries.
Dynamic Structures Ltd. is a business unit of the AMEC Americas operation
with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. AMEC Americas has more than
300 offices across Canada and the United States to serve clients
needs.
AGRA Coast Limited changed its name to AMEC Dynamic Structures Ltd.
in order to make itself more recognizable as an AMEC plc company.
